Mr. Chitnis started his career in 1967 as Deputy Superintendent of Police in CRPF. He retired as DIG Police in 2003. In 36 years of his service he has been awarded various prestigious medals including:

• VSM in 1984.
• General Services 1965
• Purvi Star, Paschim Star Sangram Medal : 1971
• Police Special Duty Medal
• Police medal for distinguished service.
• Police medal for meritorious service
• Silver Jubilee Independence
• Golden Jubilee Independence.

He was instrumental in starting unarmed combat training for all India Police. 

He started the first Peacekeeping Element Battalion (SDG) under SPG. SPG is responsible body towards PM security.

• He was the first commanding officer of RAF .
• Experience in installation security (IOC Duliajan)
• Law & Order Duties in Assam Bihar.
• Anti Extremist. Terrorist duties in J & K, Punjab.
• Staff Duties in IG Office and Directorate General CRPF.
• Commendation of Director General CRPF & Director SPG for excellent work are on record.

Mr. Rajendra Pradhan

A technocrat and industrialist, Mr. Pradhan is a senior board member of several companies. Known for his expertise in Business Excellence, he drives the perfectionist ideals at Imperial Security. He is also the president of an NGO that supports several schools with an aim to provide free education for the underprivileged.
